HOW'D SHE DO IT? Sarah says: "get your hair nice and bleached, the deader the better (so it will soak up all that wonderful dye). Then add the dye and let it sit until it gets nice and hard. Rinse it out with cool water. When your hair is this bleached and dyed, as long as you're not adding tons of product, you can get away without washing your hair as often. This will keep it nice and blue!"
