Payment

Within Australia we accept paypal, money orders, direct deposit and cheques. Please note we will need to wait for clearance of cheques before posting your items.

International customers payment by Paypal. You may send cash in the mail at your own risk but note we cannot cash international money orders or cheques.

PLEASE NOTE: When you pay through paypal using your bank balance this is called an e-cheque/e-check and Paypal takes up to ten working days to process and clear them. Please remember we cannot send your order until Paypal completes the transaction.

Postage

All items are shipped via Australia Post.

We generally post the day payment clears unless you have ordered a custom made item. In that case it can take up to 5 working days but usually not more than 2 days. If you require something urgently let us know as we may be able to accommodate you. In Australia choose the second shipping rate for express postage.

Within Australia we send regular or express. Insurance is optional and costs $2.75.

Internationally we send via Airmail which unfortunately isn't trackable online. You can purchase online tracking but it costs ridiculous amounts of money from Australia. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this option. Insurance is optional and costs $7.50 per $100 coverage.Postage to the USA, UK, Europe and Canada takes 5-15 working days from when we ship. Usually 2-3 weeks from ordering.

Postage will be the least expensive combined option. You can check postage rates by confirming your address in checkout. This will give you your shipping cost down the bottom of the screen. At this point your order has not been placed and you have not been charged.

Tragic Beautiful accepts no responsibility for uninsured items lost in the post.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or the description is incorrect.
